Freshness Guarantee: Due to the perishable nature of farm produce, refund requests must be made immediately upon delivery inspection if items are damaged or spoiled.

Approval: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations: Can only be made before the order is dispatched for delivery. Once on the way, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns & Exchanges: Because our products are 100% fresh and natural, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been accepted at delivery. If an item doesn't meet quality standards upon arrival, we will replace it on the spot.
